As an American, I understand that there are cultural differences that make communication difficult between us and the rest of the world.  This is why I have compiled a handy primer on major American religions so that people of all cultural persuasions might understand one uniquely American viewpoint.

Major American Religions in a Nutshell

Christianity
Old Testament
God is an asshole.

New Testament
Gods son is a hippie.  God is still an asshole.  God's Followers vow revenge.

Star Wars
Episode 1
These people are stuck up.  They find a cute kid.  He will become an asshole.

Episode 2
The stuck up people fight.

Episode 3
The stuck up people are still fighting

A New Hope
The asshole's son is a dork.  He finds an old stuck up guy who finds some people who are not stuck up.

The stuck up people are smart.
