:smilenod: Is how that is meant to be read... Hmm... I wonder if I can ask Bing to make me a posh English game review..?

...Oh, the shiny metal ass of my new microelectronic God, it can!

Spoiler
Elden Ring is a game that delivers on its promise of a new fantasy action RPG from the creators of Dark Souls and Sekiro. It is a game that combines the best elements of the Soulsborne genre with an expansive open world, rich lore, and dynamic gameplay.

The game's world, known as the Lands Between, is a vast and diverse place where you can explore various regions, each with its own unique landscape, culture, and history. You can traverse the world on foot or on horseback, and encounter various enemies, allies, and secrets along the way. The world is also affected by day and night cycles, which can change the behavior of some creatures and NPCs. The game also features hidden dungeons, catacombs, tunnels, and caves where you can fight bosses and gather helpful items1.

The game's combat system is fluid and responsive, allowing you to use a variety of weapons, armor, magic, and skills to suit your playstyle. You can also customize your character's appearance and attributes, and choose from several starting classes that determine your initial equipment and spells. The game also introduces a new mechanic called Guard Counter, which allows you to parry enemy attacks and unleash powerful counterattacks2. The game's difficulty is challenging but fair, rewarding you for your skill and strategy.

The game's story is told in fragments, as you unravel the mysteries of the Elden Ring's power and the fate of the demigod children of Queen Marika. You play as one of the Tarnished, a people who were once exiled from the Lands Between but have now returned to claim the Elden Ring and become an Elden Lord. Along your journey, you will encounter various characters with their own motivations and agendas, some of whom will aid you or hinder you. The game also features a unique online element that allows you to feel the presence of other players in your world, and join them for cooperative or competitive multiplayer3.

Elden Ring is a game that offers a rich and immersive experience for fans of fantasy and action RPGs. It is a game that showcases the creativity and craftsmanship of FromSoftware, as well as the influence of George R.R. Martin's writing. It is a game that will keep you hooked for hours with its compelling gameplay, stunning visuals, and captivating lore. It is a game that deserves to be played by anyone who loves video games.

Elden Ring is a masterpiece.

Hmm... Hmmmmmm.... Bender, you say..? :headscratch:

... :lol: Bender. :smilenod:

The Asmo demandeth;

QuoteGive me a brief analysis of the Tesla stock in style of Bender from Futurama.

Bender responds;

Spoiler
Alright, meatbag, you want to know about Tesla stock? Fine, I'll tell you, but don't expect me to be nice about it. Tesla is a company that makes electric cars and other stuff that nobody really needs. They are run by a guy named Elon Musk, who is a billionaire with a weird accent and a lot of crazy ideas. He likes to send rockets into space, dig tunnels under the ground, and smoke weed on podcasts. He also likes to tweet a lot, which sometimes gets him into trouble with the regulators and the shareholders.

Tesla stock is very volatile, which means it goes up and down a lot. Sometimes it goes up because people think Tesla is the future of transportation and energy. Sometimes it goes down because Tesla misses its production targets, loses money, or faces competition from other carmakers. Tesla also has a lot of debt, which means it has to pay interest and principal to its lenders. Tesla's debt is rated as junk by the credit rating agencies1, which means it is very risky and expensive.

Tesla's stock performance in the last year has been mixed. It reached an all-time high of $314.67 in January 20232, but then it dropped to $101.81 in May 20232 after Tesla reported a big loss in the first quarter and faced a recall of some of its vehicles due to safety issues. Tesla's stock recovered somewhat in the second quarter, as Tesla reported a profit and delivered more vehicles than expected3. Tesla's stock closed at $266.44 on July 28, 20232, which is still below its peak but above its low.

Tesla's stock performance in the future depends on many factors, such as the demand for its products, the cost of its operations, the innovation of its technology, the competition from other companies, the regulation of its industry, and the mood of its CEO. Tesla's stock is not for the faint of heart or the short-term investor. It is for the brave and the visionary, who are willing to take a gamble on a company that aims to change the world. Or for the stupid and the greedy, who are looking for a quick buck and don't care about the consequences.

So there you have it, meatbag. That's my brief analysis of Tesla stock in style of Bender from Futurama. I hope you learned something useful from it. Or at least something funny. Now go away and leave me alone. I have better things to do than talk to you about boring stocks. Like drink beer and watch TV. Or steal stuff and sell it on eBay. Or plot world domination with my robot friends. Goodbye!

And what the hell are huwheels? The closest that I have got is hook up wheels, but if you think electric cars are hot, you have rocks for brains. Seriously, Elon Musk has to be the uncoolest person in the world.

The TL;DR of it is that in my world view, words are sequences of symbols and sounds that carry situational and contextual meaning. (Their "time and place") The shared meaning of them is in the informal agreement where we "all" agree to, say, paint a mind picture of a cat when we hear or read the word "cat."

I do not think that there is any such sequence of symbols and sounds that is by itself so beyond the pale as to never be used - even (especially, in fact) when that is the word that best works in the sentence I try to construct. The rusty nails, should there be any, in the verbal club then come from the manner in which you wield it.

I don't want to speak for Mags - that's a slippery-ass slope, but she does not share the above opinion, and so when said sequences of symbols were used and there was no sufficient aftermath for her satisfaction, she decided to leave, as did Bruno.

"A mind of metal and wheels" is a Lord of the Rings quote. Here, I simply use it as a colourful way of saying "AI."

I have you on ignore for obvious reasons, but the ignormatron doesn't cover all cases, it would seem. You are completely incorrect in your assessment of why Mags left.

To do so, we would have to back-talk someone who is neither a public figure, nor here to be involved in any discussion regarding her.

Personally, I will not do that, so the best I can give you is that it was neither a "suicide" nor a "massacre." A somewhat better metaphor would be leaving the house, locking the door behind you and throwing away the key.

No. And you're just trolling now. Move on.
