I have a gadget that is a vacuum pump that evacuates much of the oxygen from the partially filled bottle.  It is seldom needed because it is frightfully bad manners to fail to finish a bottle of wine.

The problem with this is that the vacuum will reduce the concentration of the volatile components, many of which are responsible for the nose of the wine, or the top notes, as they are called in the fragrances industry.

Sorry, Icarus, I missed your question before. No, once the volatiles are gone you can't recover them. Heating in a microwave will only cause further losses.

Thanks Hermes.  I had no illusions about reconstituting a delicate wine.  Had I been thinking, I would have supposed that microwaving wine would be fatal to the essence.
