Of course there is all that monosodium glutamate in our Chinese take out boxes. Actually major sources of MSG are a by product of natural sugar beet pulp. Who knew?

GMOs are a matter of fact.  Nature itself has done genetic modifications all by herself, well before Monsanto and Dow, and all the other Frankensteinian biologic chemists.

As such, cooked foods are considered to be a major contributor to what are called the diseases of civilization: cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.

I had a former co-worker who was into this shit and became a "life coach". She was one of the nastiest, most disrespectful people I've ever worked with.
