I wouldn't worry too much about your age, I'm 15 and I haven't felt like I'm too young or anything. Though I don't really know enough to contribute to the philosophical conversations, but I've found this is a great place to learn.

Welcome to the forums, Troy... we all say stupid stuff.  And we do learn so much from each other here.  I rarely post in the Philosophy or Science sections because I just don't know enough to participate.  But I've learned so much by just reading there.  Oh, and I'm 45... LOL!  Don't worry.
