Humour.  It's from a long-running sitcom called Are You Being Served?  It was vey successful, though I could only watch a few minutes of the same old jokes each week, before nodding off.

There were some seriously silly catch phrases like "Are you free?" which I can't find a clip of (yet).

British comedy is a thing I suppose, I separated myself from Slocombe's Pussy long ago, why do people want to go back there?  It's not the good stuff, it's creepy.

OOH, that was BBAAAAADDD.  But I still loved the sitcom.  Watched it faithfully (reruns).

For years here in the States, that show was on PBS.  It was my first exposure to British comedy.  I loved it.
