I thought the shares were grossly overvalued in the IPO! given the uncertainty re  FB's ability to generate revenues and even it's ability to stay ahead of the pack in a milieu where consumers are fickle, trend- driven and pursue instant gratification and the next Zuckerberg may be just around the corner. I remember Friends Reunited being the talk of the town in the UK, and being subsequently sold for mega bucks but in the space of a couple of years being rendered totally moribund.

Agreed. I wish I had a margin account open so I could short their stock. You could make a small fortune.
