It's easy enough to do. Probably takes me less time to ban him than it does for him to sign up again.  I've banned him dozens of times. It takes me less time to click [ban] and then click [submit] than it does for him to type out a name, let alone mock up a bullshit email address. |

The Netherlands in its entirety is often referred to as Holland, although North and South Holland are actually only two of its twelve provinces I knew that, I just thought wiki might word it better. |
