No matter how much sunscreen I put on, I keep freckling. :( Not that I mind the baby-deer-look, but I'd rather avoid the sun damage.

I slather on SPF50 and i still seem to tan. Curse my Irish genes T_T;

I'm Irish and I can't tan to save my life. The Irish genes are the ones that explain why you are in a constant alcoholic stupor and love the smell of peat.

haha, i really hate alcohol. i rarely drink. i just, ew, dont like anything but super fruity cocktails.

I also have a lot of Irish genes and I don't really tan. I freckle or flay.
I haven't test this peat theory, though. Hmmmm.

One of my guy friends is gay, and he loves going out to bars - his tagline is 'fruity friends, fruity cocktails, lots of cock and lots of tail'.  :D

You are!  :D

I'm part Mexican and part Scottish by way of Ireland.  And I swear, you can see which parts of me are which.  My shoulders freckle, and my legs are always pale, so I consider them the Scottish parts of me.  The rest of me gets a rockin' tan in the summer.  Those are the Mexican parts.  :D

Haha, yes, I've only had a sunburn a couple of times in my life.  It's possible, but it's not likely.

Can I ask which part of Scotland.? It's my favourite part of the British Isles.

Oh, I have no idea.  My knowledge of my family tree only goes as far back as County Kilkenny in Ireland where, apparently, they were "rogues and highwaymen."  I say Scottish because their family name starts with Mc.  And they were Protestants.

I wonder if that's close to my Irish hometown.

Still plenty of them around. Now they call themselves financial advisors.

Haha, well I do work in the financial industry (although not as a financial advisor.)  The apple doesn't fall far from the tree...
