I saw three movies this past weekend.
Dark Shadows
Battleship
Avengers
in that order.

Were I to list those of best to worst:
Dark Shadows
Avengers













Battleship

I liked Dark Shadows. It's nothing like the old soap, being re-imagined. It's not as dark as I would have liked and there's a great deal of humour. It was a very good lead in to a sequel, which is what the ending lead to. I admire Bonham-Carter's American accent. I feel I got my money's worth out of this movie.

The essence of the mind is not in what it thinks, but how it thinks. Faith is the surrender of our mind; of reason and our skepticism to put all our trust or faith in someone or something that has no good evidence of itself. That is a sinister thing to me. Of all the supposed virtues, faith is not.

I'm probably going to see dark shadows next week. :) it looks promisng.

Avengers was fun.


But i wouldnt waste my time/money with Battleship. How did you like it?
