Just talked with the guy from SAIC today and I thought it went pretty decently. The only problem is that he told me it would probably be two weeks or more until I know if I got the internship or not and that's just really late. I'm not sure if I can wait that long...

Don't be a victim of circumstance. Did you explain to the SAIC guy the time frame you are subject to?

I just called him earlier today explaining a little about my situation, so I'm really hoping it will help speed things up.

Its nothing new in business, do as Tank/Asmo said, just make sure you let the first company know that you aren't taking as so many people just never show up. Curtsey and politeness goes a long way, many industries are small and at a certain point every knows each other so it good to try and keep a good reputation from the get go.
