A pill to cure racism?

But do you attribute the fact that black men are best be avoided because they're more likely to be criminals or because their skin is black?

I think there's a bit of a distinction - there are people I know who are racist clearly to dehumanise someone (someone I had the misfortune of knowing, I routinely show them my  finger).  I already live in an island of an area where they believe that they're inherently superior without any justification, but that just struck me as odder than usual. ??? Especially since this place is a racially diverse area, and not like whites on one end and blacks on the other, there's everything in between. Just goes to show that integration won't help with some types.

For instance, I know of a case in which some teachers didn't like someone and started looking for any and all reasons to dehumanise that person, weird racism being among them, in which they took themselves to be in the inherently superior position.

No, I attribute teenagers who happen to be black, who wear durags, baggy jeans (to their knees) and act suspicious are people I dont get on elevators with because I have had nothing but experiences with those kind of people.
I get along with eldery black folks (they're so cute T_T <3) and most civilized humans. I dont like idiots who try to act "gangsta" and harrass women.

No, it's nothing like the cases you describe. It's simply a judgement based on their being a high probability that individual is a criminal. Clothing and environment also plays an important role in determining if I feel like I might get an a hairy situation. I don't initiate agression against anyone. Nor would I ever wish harm on any one group of people.

The superiority based on race I think is ridiculous and scary. But even that I don't believe is exactly bad if it doesn't result in violence. Perhaps people who feel as you described are more prone to violence. I'm just speculating.

Like I said, everyone associates how certain people act, dress, speak with a kind of dangerous (oh, I better avoid them) attitude.

I try to avoid the need for a violent situation. If I see  rowdy teens on a train, I move into the next car.

Makes sense.

That's an important distinction I think...are you as racist if you think that? ;)
