I usually swap their toothpaste, shower gel and shampoo for depilatory cream.
It makes it seem like god did it.

If you put an insect where they feel it doesn't belong, that could pass as a 'god did it', since insects don't have souls and therefore are automatons driven by the omnipresent and omnipotent god
