I actually like that "Patriot Guard" idea... Do they also show up if, for example, a soldier or a police officer dies who doesn't really have any one to be there at the funeral?

Because if they do, I think that could mean a lot to those few who did know and cared about the person... Having that confirmation of a life not having gone unnoticed...
