Hi everybody,

If you go over to the CARM Forum you will find this message in the Apologetics section posted by one of the Mods, Diane S ...

QuoteReminder, Universalism is not permitted

on this forum. Posters and threads will be deleted immediately. Yes you may discuss "hell" but should anyone suggest or imply or hint that there is "Universal Salvation" please hit your alert buttons and the moderators will determine what should be removed......

I though it was interesting and pointed out the truth of what she said.

There is obviously no universal salvation promised in the Bible, on the contrary ...

16"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son,[f] that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. 18Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son.[g] 19This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but men loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. 20Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. 21But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done through God."

John 3:16-21

Since all men's deeds are evil (according to your book, Romans 3:9-20) there is NO salvation, for anyone.

In other words you have to believe what Jesus says in order to be saved, but nobody does, because their evil deeds prevent them doing so (according to the Jesus character).

Any comments?

I think that, yup, even Christians are going to hell (assuming of course that it exists). One part of the bible (sorry I don't have the specific quote...) says that it isn't for humans to decide judge or argue with each other; that's god's job. So every christian who's ever tried to convert me is going to hell. Sucks for them, they didn't see it coming!
Atheism is a non-prophet organization.

Those people at CARM couldn't figure out 2+2 if it wasn't written down in the Bible. Their collective knowledge could just about fill a pamphlet. Screw them all.

lol...they censor out people who are caring enough to try and merge universalism into Christian beliefs.

Wait...that's not funny, that's sad.
