Registering was a nightmare

This is the very first time I've admitted to anyone about what I do and don't believe in. I've always been a atheist, no doubt. I don't know what another atheist is supposed to looks like. I don't know if would know if I did see one. I don't know what one sounds like because I've never spoken to one, at least not knowingly and not about atheism. I suppose there is nothing unusual about my make up. I'm a pretty ordinary guy except, as I grow older, I get angrier about "what is going on" in the World and a recent shock to me is reading Dawkins "God Delusion". I have become even more enraged and don't know where to gripe about it. Happy Atheists is just the first button I came to on the Enet. That's how I got here. After stumbling through the registration process I presume I'm within contact of other Atheists and would be very interested in what an atheist sounds like in person or if being so angry is a normal part of things. I don't know what else to say at this juncture.
Am I supposed to leave a name?

Hi McWogg; you only have to post your real name if that is what you want to do otherwise the screen name  you picked will do just fine.  

I've found that athiests aren't all that much different from anyone else (Ideally, we'd like to think atheists tend to be more rational).

If you feel like meeting atheists in person I suggest checking out www.meetups.com and searching for atheist groups in your area.  If you happen to live near DFW Texas then I can suggest a group or two.

As for anger...a lot of things make me kinda angry but I do what I can to not let things I can't control bother me.  Life's too short to be angry

Anyway, welcome to the forum.
