I'm not a particularly aggressive Atheist.

I'm not either, at least not outright.  I'm aggressive in my head, and wish I could be more so in life.  I think I am restrained by my former beliefs and my fear of being judged by my believing family and friends.  I guess maybe I feel like I'm still "in the closet" sometimes.  I have an aunt who I'm particularly nervous about.  I keep waiting for her to ask me when I'm going to baptize my children.

I need to work on "coming out".

just tell her you can't have them baptised because the water holy water will burn their ungodly little skin, and she wouldn't want them scarred for life would she?
