Don't know, if it had Jesus written all over it, it might have sold a bit more than that. That sort of thing really taps into the sheeple part of a person's brain. ::)

Folks, if you haven't read the book then it's not very civil to slag off the work of a fellow member. Has anybody read the book?

I've read through a fair bit of his blog, which has lengthy quotes from his book. What I saw was very similar to what was written here.
"We've thought of life by analogy with a journey, with pilgrimage which had a serious purpose at the end, and the THING was to get to that end; success, or whatever it is, or maybe heaven after you're dead. But, we missed the point the whole way along; It was a musical thing and you were supposed to sing, or dance, while the music was being played.

I, for one, wouldn't read it. First, wouldn't give the guy money to read anything of his after reading his posts here. Second, wouldn't do it for free either because I would assume that someone who I think is destined for the mighty banhammer on my favorite forum would not be worth reading.
If he payed me to read his book... I'd consider it. But probably wouldn't.

I wonder if being condescending and arrogant is part of his method for teaching people. If it is, he should probably fix that.

I associate his method of trying to get his point across with a 5 year old plugging his ears with his fingers and screaming his point of view. I don't mind having a discussion with someone who is willing to at least listen to the other side. Otherwise it becomes a lecture.

One could only hope not. I can only imagine him spouting this pseudo scientific gobbaldy gook in front of vulnerable kids, the thought frankly fills me with dread.

Quite so. And if a person will not engage they end up being 'shown the door'.

That type of double speak is likely confusing and senseless on purpose to make the "vulnerable" assume he is more intelligent than them because it seems he is talking over their head, thus the overall meaning must be true..... Nobody here is going to fall for that. But children, thats another very scary story.
