Why would someone sue your mom for not making your sister pay rent?  Assuming your mom owns the property, isn't it her business whether or not your sister pays rent?

She signed the contract, she's the insurance guarentee. If my sister doesn't pay the rent or accumulates debt, they come after my mother as well. Tricky situation.

Anyway, as for birhday patterns I was born on the 24th of jan when my mother was 24, my sister was born on the 25th of feb when my mother was 25, my other sister was born on the 26th of June when my mother was...27. Two out of three isn't bad
