If you guys think that religion has no influence on people and there is no reason for a religion and no one has a gain from religion,than you either  believe in god or absolutely don't care about what happens around you

I thought Justin Beiber was 16? Anyway, religious people are lemmings anyway. I can sadly see someone converting to whatever religion to be like a celebirty.

My only real wish is that logic over throws religion in the near future. Maybe then we can evolve as a society, and stop living day to day by a man made out-dated fairytale book.

We are already animals, with or without religion.
Lack of religion creates chaos on the planet? I haven't heard that one before. Oh well, thankfully we have religion then, unless of course, you want chaos.

People kill in the name of their God everyday.

If anything, we would be a better species without it. Then people wouldn't gay bash or be against fucking same sex marriage or birth control. I can't believe people believe in a religion that bans birth control.

by chaos i mean a biological extinction and no such stuff as government,Pope,culture,...nothing

it's when you're not self confident enough to convince yourself dat there is no god and your statements against god are weak,so when you hear someone says like "ooo,u know man,god really helped me" or hear any other bullshit somewhere.After this you get to the weird condition .all the times you think  whether the god exists or not and that ruins your life,you can't do a job,can't study,fail to communicate with people and so on you become explaining things as something supernatural and allays fail to do anything=become loser !!
PS maybe that only touches left-handed people,i dunno ^^

Well for starters I think you read a bit, check out other threads on this forum that address reason why we don't believe in gods and see for yourself whether you think they make sense or are convincing.

If other people are saying that god helped them, the burden is on them to prove it, you don't have to feel bad or insecure because you can't prove that they're wrong. You could ask them how they really know for sure that it was a god or if it was just coincidence, for instance.

Do you really believe that no gods exist or do you just keep telling yourself that because you don't like religious belief systems?

What was your deconversion like? What did you believe before that?

(P.S. left handed people were believed to be of the devil some time back )

You said yourself that you thought your arguments against god and religion were weak, so...

If religion is a system, is it possible that other systems that don't have gods in them couldn't possibly account for some things that religions claim exclusiveness for?

i'll be serious now. until i was 16 i was a Christian,i grow up in really really religious surroundings,every week my aunt was taking me to church,i was listening to  wonderful stories from old+poor people who had something bad in their lives before.and i was really religious,i couldn't live normally,if i talked with someone i was praying to god to let me be cool in someones eyes,protect me from bullies at school and so on...:PP
i think i had an overreaction from religion,may be because im left handed(so my right brain dominates .. witch responses for an imagination)
i think that  my religion  simply collapsed at the age of 16.i felt like i tyred of asking god and always been a loser(not really,but a lot),and then i become an atheist.it's really cool to be an atheist
