Bananas in Pyjamas I think are superior to Miley Cyrus.  
It's not nostalgia because Bananas in Pyjamas will live forever.

Agh, I can't choose a favorite! Pinkie Pie's the best portrayal of the genki girl archetype I've ever seen (well, probably. That one in Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei is pretty good, too), Fluttershy's just too bloody cute, Rainbow Dash and Applejack are badass, and I want to be Twilight's apprentice NAO.

..and compared to pony fanartists like Crappyunicorn, Moe, and CrookedTrees, my artwork is rubbish

These guys are producing some pretty good fanfiction, too. No, seriously. I almost like this "Paradise" story better than the show itself.

Pinkie pie is like...cute and fuzzy on outside and batshit crazy inside. (yundere...?)
