Quantum Scalar Energy Pendant

I don't know if I'm going to put this in the science section and we don't have a pseudo-science section, so I figured I'll just put it here.

I have a friend who wears this pendant:


He said this pendant enhances his physical strength. It's called Quantum Scalar Energy Pendant.
It sells for 25 to less than 200 USD.
Being a habitual skeptic, I looked it up in the internet to look for testimonials and the "science" behind the pendant.
And I don't understand anything about quantum scalar energy.  
Is there anyone here who can lend a hand? I'm leaning on the "this is bogus" conclusion."

If you google "quantum scalar energy" only those stupid pendants comes up.  That means it is highly likely that they just combined sciency words to come up with some bs name for a force that doesn't exist

This is as stupid as those power arm bands.

It is wonderful they have a pendant available for those of limited means, but no doubt it isn't as effective as the $200 one.
