Why on Earth is that?

I'm sick and my stomach hates me. Everything just seems to give me stomach spasms; although, I left work early and am now trying to see how my stomach will handle tea.

Ah! So this is to do with you feeling ill, not a general dislike of anything non-water, understood.

My favorite drink is coke; however, I suffer from chronic nausea in general and drinking ginger ale is a non-medicated way for me to deal with that.

so glad you feel better ..nausea is the worst...puking is better than nausea as far as I am concerned! !!! ginger tea with fresh ginger helps me when I have bouts of nausea

but I changed positions recently and that also helped me with chronic nausea!!!

go figure it was stress????

I hate puking because it actually causes me to have red spots under my eyes. I take medication for when I'm nauseous and, usually, have at least one can of ginger ale a day to help it without medication. However, I had strep throat and anything carbonated hurt like a motherf*cker to drink. So I was only able to drink water and tea every now and then.
