"Best" and "Positive" are contextual qualifiers..  They are relative and evaluated according to a particular goal...

And a "goal" is usually personal or collective..  A personal goal is determined by the subject and the collection of my personal ethics and proclivities..

A collective goal is determined by consensus..  I evaluate methods, events, words etc..  to determine whether it is in harmony with the goal..  and then I evaluate whether or not it is something that sits right with me personally..  My conclusion determines whether a stated method etc.. is best or positive relative to the goals..

Wisdom is judged probably by a pursuit's ability to lessen pain and suffering overtime..  and/or allow the development of talents, skills, and health for those involved..   in as much harmony as possible..

This is the best I can do to put it in words because without a homogeneous group any context is highly subjective..  and I would not be able to give a concrete definition..  so suffice it to say..  "wisdom is whatever I decide it to be at the moment.."  :-)
