legs laney

after my fourth pregnancy i tried trimcare and lost all of it within two months.  i also play raquetball and do kickboxing.  i could play raquetball four hours a day without knowing what happened to the time (and of course, the calories).

because it takes so long to make a nice salad with all of the chopping, i like to make turkey roll-ups.  i get some turkey meat and just roll it up with some jalapenos.  hot peppers are low in calories, speed up your metabolism, and make you full faster.  i also love ice cream and have substituted that by buying red grapes and freezing them.  it is just as tasty.

i have a friend who is totally ripped and his stomach literally feels like steel to the touch.  he does not drink one hour before or after his meals.  he sleeps with a gallon of room temp water at his bedside and drinks it throughout the night.  he also drinks a cup of tea every night.

hope some of this sticks.  pun intended.   :D
"In religion and politics people's beliefs and convictions are in almost every case gotten at second-hand, and without examination, from authorities who have not themselves examined the questions at issue but have taken them at second-hand from other non-examiners, whose opinions about them were not worth a brass farthing."

Inevitable Droid

I lost 60 pounds over sixteen months and have kept them off.  I am in the healthy range according to BMI.  There is only one rule, but it's as inflexible as gravity: Eat less, exercise more.

I do karate, kickboxing, and Israeli commando training at a local dojo.  In karate I'm a yellow belt.  The social dimension of going to a dojo is indispensable to me.  I do calisthenics every morning and much of my routine is directly related to karate.
