I disagree with you, well. Christians sometimes are the reason of Atheism I don't think it was science and I don't think it's not concordant with my beliefs. Sometimes their attitude is childish, like saying science is from Satan or science is a cult. not all of them act like that but many do which make their younger family members question their faith.

I think maybe the two of you do agree but just didn't agree on the generalized comment about religion not being compatible with accepting science.

I personally think questioning faith is very healthy even if that person ends up going back to the religion they were questioning.  It's through questioning our views that we further refine them to express what is real rather than what we were taught is real or hope is real.
