Do you know if they will be playing it anywhere else...or are the rest of us stuck having to purchase it from Amazon?  Anyway, let us know if it is worth purchasing.

Rather than seeing that one, I recommend watching the Intelligence Squared debate.

Great to see you here again, Phillysoul11.  Thank you very much for the heads-up about this film.  I'm going to try my best to see it.

Here is the film's website, which lists places it's going to screen.  It also has an e-mail link to contact somebody about trying to organize a screening in your area.

So, I ended up watching it tonight and I have an exam to study for so I'll have to keep my review short.

The movie documents a tour that a pastor and a journalist have to debate the topic of whether or not Christianity is good for the world. I don't think it was biased but then again, I have biases. Both characters had their shining moments. I brought a Christian and 3 atheists to the film and we all really liked it. I'll let you draw your own conclusions as to whatever that means.

Both Hitchens and Wilson presented appealing arguments, none of which were completely new to me. They were presented in various ways which was interesting. I don't want to get into anything nitty gritty right now, (exam) but I would recommend getting it or finding someway to watch it. I know i'm going to be watching it again. It was entertaining, thought provoking, and as a whole well done. I really hope some of you guys watch it so we can discuss your thoughts (as well as their arguments ;).

QuoteI find it mistifying that in this age of information, some people still deny the scientific history of our existence.

I remember watching that. Fry and Hitchens annihilated them.
