What is she talking about here?

I put up a Squidoo page called Ask an Atheist on which I accept and answer questions about atheism.  I've gotten one which I can't answer because I don't even know what she's talking about.

You can find it in the comments, it is the newest question, right below my comment asking what she means.

Is there such a phenomenon or is it just standard Christian persecution complex?

I'm not sure what EverydayMiracles means by the removal of their right to worship their god, but the 'attacks' could just be referring to Those Atheists. You know, the ones that feel like they need to tell every Theist they meet that they're wrong or something and act like all around assholes.

But if she means like actual attacks then I'd very much like to hear about them too ._.

She's probably just confusing the movements such as removing public prayer from school or keeping the ID pseudo-science theory out of Biology classrooms for an attack on faith. Inside the Christian bubble there's a lot of propaganda like that against atheists.

That's my best guess.

Well, since we haven't heard any news stories about evil atheists physically threatening churchgoers, I would assume that she is stupid and can't tell the difference between atheists lobbying for separation of church and state and voicing problems with Christianity with attacking in some physical way.

I would answer by explaining why you are confused by her question and then an explanation of why some atheists (and many theists too) are concerned about separation of church and state being enforced and why some may be outspoken antitheists/anti-christians.
