I would estimate that this is #2 on the list of "top 523 emergencies that do not require a call to 911":
Number 2

This is quite funny. The only reason I guess this is number 2 is there statistically has to be a stupider reason for making the call, I just cannot think of that reason. Make sure to listen to the actual 911 call audio at the bottom of the article.

That reminds me of a news item this week about a German woman in the city of Schwelm, who called 112 (the European equivalent of 911) 13 times, because she desperate need for sex with a policeman. http://news.xinhuanet.com/english/2009- ... 950576.htm
