Hi all,
Im Rachael, Im 25 and I live in Jacksonville, Florida. Im an atheist and liberal, and I am surrounded at work and by friends who are highly religious and conservative. Everyone is entitled to their beliefs, but I feel like I am going to implode if I don't surround myself with other people who aren't close minded. I hope to find some interesting conversation, debate, and some friendship on these boards.

Hey Rachel.

I've been here a short while but have enjoyed myself very much.  You will find there are a lot of open minded and cerebral people here.  There are also a few theists.  Seriously, it's been fun.
