O saw a reference to your forum on another Atheist site, so I figured I'd check you out. I'm an old fud living in Southern California, and have been an atheist for about 60 years. Started as an atheist when I learned the word, about seven. Started reading about the scientific method and reasoning, so I decided I couldn't disprove a god's existence so became an agnostic at twelve.

At 18, my girlfriend (much smarter than I) asked if I believed in the Easter Bunny, "
No".
"How about the "Tooth Fairy?"
"No!".
"You do believe in Santa Claus, don't you?"
"Of course not. What the hell are driving at?"
"Do you believe in god?"
"I told you, I'm an agnostic."
"Oh, then why aren't you an Easter Bunny, Tooth Fairy, and Santa Claus agnostic?"
I didn't speak to her for a week, and I've been an atheist since then.
