I'm not entirely sure that 2.5 years constitutes as "much" younger.  Unless I am missing something. Also, let it be known,  I have missed things in the past.

Phys.org often has OTT headlines. Ok 2.5 years isn't a lot compared to 4.5 billion years but it's a lot longer that Fynman's off-the-cuff 'couple of days'. So it's all relative  ;)
