Hello, I am a weak atheist/agnostic. I'm not sure I'm happy enough, though. What are the requirements? I have a smart mouth, if that helps.

Hey winter, welcome to the forum.  Don't worry, there aren't any happiness requirements....the whole idea of the site title is that atheists can be happy since some people assume atheists are only grumpy god-hating hermits.

Thank you so much for opening it. I'll try to be interesting enough to read and respond to.

I'm also thankful for the features Craigslist forum doesn't have, like editing. Do you allow blocking?

I'm so proud I managed to sign up all by myself without my grandson's help!

hi winterbottom, is your grandson an infant prodigy?  please don't take offense at this personal question, but I am intrigued to know how a 37 year old could have a grandson old enough to help with IT.

Hi Winterbottom, I too am the new guy, newer than you, I just forgot to write an introduction page, but if you don't mind me stealing the spotlight I'll do that now.

I'm a 20 year old kid up in Maine who's too smart for his own good and thinks way too much, about everything. I joined out of a sense of comradery. I would describe myself as a strong atheist with a deep vendetta against the Christian church for my lost time in youth. But despite that I can't bring myself to outwardly go around and try to fight theists, it's beneath me to use their tactics of forcing my views on people.

And hello ShimShamSam - welcome on board.  I appreciate your viewpoint and for what its worth, I think you're going about things the right way.  Let the theists be theists, let the atheist be atheists.  Works for me.
