Read a story in the paper today that really pissed me off.

For those of you who don't, here is the gist of it:
People in the city of Bergen have made a shrine to the casualties of the Utøya attack at a monument called "The Blue Rock".
Apparently some ladies from an as of yet unknown christian denomination have been going around asking people, including kids, if they have accepted Jesus or "If they are gonna burn in hell like a lot of those kids certainly are", and handing out pamphlets about a supposed prophesy made in Finland in 1961.
Any thoughts?

The chances are that they are saying that to get an angry response, so that they can play the victim. Which is a well known past time of Christian Fundamentalists.

Seriously, what can you do with nutters like that? Ragnar's right - say, for the sake of argument, the cops found a charge to arrest them on. They'd be in their element: martyrs for their faith.

That said, in this case, the best policy is to ignore the problem until it goes away. Unless you are willing to put yourself in jail for quite some time, any non-violent reaction you might have would be just the publicity such a person desires.

Most definitely. Thoughts that i can say on here... Hmmmmmm.... To put it mildly, those ignorant, self-righteous, insensitive, pompous, heretic, Bitches! Someone's kids just DIED and all you have to say is how they need to accept Christ before they end up in Hell too?! Who the FUCK is that heartless? What a bunch of worthless stuck-up pricks!
