I was woken this morning to talk about five baby rabbits that have appeared in the rabbit cage. This is truly miraculous because the people we got our two rabbits from said they were both female, so they must be. Five immaculately conceived rabbits, what a blessing. I don't want to hear any questioning of the gender of the rabbit who isn't thinner today than yesterday. And any questions about whether the cage is constructed in such a manner that it might allow the insertion of a wild rabbit penis, well that's just cynical rationalist talk.
I haven't worked out the pricing for these miracle rabbits yet, but when I do you guys will get a discount and first choice.
Though if my sale doesn't work out I might need to start a rabbit recipe thread.
PICTURES!!!
...Or it didnae happen *popcorn emoticon*
It's a bit difficult getting a photo, they're hiding in straw and the Virgin Millie isn't keen on people poking about.
I'll try in a few days.
I went to the pet shop two days ago and came back with 4 birds
MIRACLE
no seriously
PICS!
Even crappy blurry ones!

Well it would make more sense if it was one of the immaculately conceived rabbits who did it.
JP dropped by in his now invisible Pope mobile and took Osama to heaven, well maybe I've heard stranger things said, but not by someone other than me.

QuoteOpossums (Didelphimorphia, /daɪˌdɛlfɪˈmɔrfi.ə/) are the largest order of marsupials in the Western Hemisphere. They are also commonly called possums, though that term is also applied to Australian fauna of the suborder Phalangeriformes. The Virginia Opossum was the first animal to be named an opossum; usage of the name was published in 1610.[1] The word opossum comes from the Algonquian aposoum, meaning "white beast".[2] Opossums probably diverged from the basic South American marsupials in the late Cretaceous or early Paleocene.
Their unspecialized biology, flexible diet and reproductive strategy make them successful colonizers and survivors in diverse locations and conditions.

The most exotic meat I've eaten was crocodile and that was very tasty. Unique flavour and very fine texture. I really liked it. Given that crocodiles are cold blooded they produce protein more efficiently than warm blooded creatures but the fact that they are carnivores reduces that efficiency unfortunately.

I don't see a smiley representing steepled fingers, but consider my fingers profoundly steepled.
It is important in life to be able to make the right decision at the right time.
It is of equal importance to know when no decision is necessary.
This is where I do a subtle nod.
And if the wisdom of this still eludes you it means take custard
and cream whenever it is offered.
Oh and there is no "death plate," the pudding lets you eat your fill and then mocks you for your lack of appetite.

I hope you're not judging your dog too harshly.
As you can see all our dog wants to do is make friends.

I agree. I wouldn't let any self respecting dog (who hadn't been raised from puppy-hood with rabbits) larger than a Chihuahua loose around rabbits who weren't safely in cages. Potential tragedy. Even a smallish dog like a Border Terrier might try to make a go of it.

Border Terriers will chase anything smaller than they are. Mine only caught one squirrel while I owned her and it was a blessing to the squirrel gene pool! The squirrel saw Rusty and legged it towards a tree, got two within 6 ft and then doubled back towards a different tree; it didn't make it! Snap, shake, dead! Natural selection at its finest!
