QuoteDOJ Designates Posting Photos Of Balding Elon Musk As Domestic Terrorism

WASHINGTON—Warning that the charge carried a five-year mandatory minimum sentence, the U.S. Department of Justice declared Friday that the distribution of images featuring a balding Elon Musk constituted an act of domestic terrorism. "For the benefit of all Americans, anyone who posts or reposts photos from Mr. Musk's PayPal days will be prosecuted for terrorism," said Attorney General Pam Bondi, who confirmed the Justice Department was already prosecuting multiple cases in which social media users were alleged to have disseminated decades-old photos of the DOGE leader's receding hairline. "Anyone who likes or replies to the photos will be treated as a terrorist sympathizer. If you possess these images, delete them now. Elon Musk is a patriot with a great American hairline." At press time, President Donald Trump was showing his support for Musk by getting hair plugs in a televised press conference on the White House South Lawn.

Got to be careful reading shit like this on the internet. It's something that wouldn't surprise me in the least, from this administration. They're wackier than The Onion!

Gotta love The Onion!

During the chump's first administration, The Onion published an article on how to tell truth from lies on the internet. SMH, when a satire site is upstaged by the "gov".

Yes. It's become a circus with a clown in charge.

Young muskrats are hairless.

Footballer Wayne Rooney had hair, then he didn't so he had a transplant, now he's hairless again.

I do subscribe to most things Musk being a clown show. :smilenod:

I anticipate a major train wreck in his not too distant future... But then, if he is indeed smarter than the average birthday clown, then maybe he got himself into government specifically in order to prevent said train wreck, or at least get ahead of it, because... He can't not see it coming.

Is that a reference to his hyperloop train?

Heh... No, was not intended as such, but might as well be.

The man's "entire" fortune is made of vapor. Hyperloop was just one puff thereof.

Watching this shit show is horrifying with the latest gaff being sending battle plans to the chief editor of The Atlantic. And while ane error it was not a leak. The editor was in the chat room when plans were being discussed! Who needs spys?

To be fair, are those the dudes to make actual battle plans?

Certainly a popcorn moment, but I think of lesser significance from a military strategy point of view than some media spin it as.

They were discussing the actual battle plans and then shared them and the editor was on the share list.

Trump with and without hair and tan.

Has he had a transplant or is it a wig?
One thing's certain it's not his real hair.

Putin could try harder.

the signal app is encrypted, so theres a fig leaf there, but the individuals were apparently accessing it on their unsecured personal phones.

so if any foreign power hacked their phones it could have worked on the encryption at their leisure.

the stupid is strong here.

Yeah. We do fight against such-like on corporate level every day. Public service is way worse.

It's convenicence vs information security. People being people... They tend to choose the former because the latter "will prolly be alright..." Right up until the point where your picture is in the paper alongside Xi Jinping.

The weakest part of a security system is usually the people. One way Bletchley Park was assisted in breaking the Enigma code machine was lazy operators reusing encryption key words which they were strictly forbidden from doing.

Indeed. The "Ah, it'll prolly work out" mentality is strong with them humans - even some humans who do or at least should know better.

Unless there is an immediate, tangible reason to do things the proper, "hard" way, people will at best grumble while doing it - at worst, not even pretend like they do it. In my experience, even being burned is a temporary fix at best. Given enough time, complacency sets in again.

If people are flawed then they must search for the flaw. But, if the search is under flawed thinking then the flaw won't be found. Therefore the the finder, if ever, must be born knowing the solution to the flaw.

Alas Old Seer, most of we humans are unaware that we are flawed.

(not you or me or our HAF participants of course. We do know or at least suspect, superbly talented and wise that we are; we may not be infallible)

"Born knowing"?

That looks exactly like woo, but then it's not a surprise. More of the wisdom of the Smurfs?

My investment guy called to talk with us. In the course of the conversation I asked if we had any Tesla stock. We don't. I don't know which way to jump on that stock, as it is down 25%. It may drop further, or Tesla could tank. His insane behavior in that non-elected position turned me off from his products. I trust my guy's call. We're up 1% while the rest of the market is down.

I predict there will be no messiah arriving via physical means to fix the flaw. I have no confidence in civilization lasting for very much longer. :)

You didn't take that as an actual truthful statement did you???? It was an expression of the futility of the problem.

One never knows. The wisdom of the Smurfs has astounded me before. Serious head up the arse stuff.

Regarding "off topic," I've merged the political discussion in the Politics board. You will find all relevant posts in your thread, should you choose to respond (https://www.happyatheistforum.com/forum/index.php/topic,17737.msg435662.html#msg435662).

Reminds me of the "just kidding" defense. A /sarcasm with that post would have gone a long way towards dispelling the issue.

Nah. One might half-heartedly do it for a week or two after having been sufficiently burned, but generally in an attempt to externalise as much responsibility as possible.

QuoteBut, if the search is under flawed thinking then the flaw won't be found. Therefore the the finder, if ever, must be born knowing the solution to the flaw.
You find the flaw... Then declare yourself weak and resume business as usual. :smilenod:

Where, when did I find the flaw and present it for analysis. What did I say the flaw is. :)

Nono, that one is a road map for when you find one. "There be black, toxic-looking smoke coming out of that roof over yonder. How unusual... Someone must be having a barbeque." :smilenod:

Just because there be a flaw, it's human enough to just... Meh. A problem ignored is a problem avoided. :smilenod:

That would be an unconstitutional law. Anyone serving in government is open to scrutiny by citizenry free of charge. If this law be implemented chalk one up against the conservative party.

If everyone is flawed them no one has a legitimate complaint against another, unless, one is felt to  be less flawed than others. Nature crated all the same with psychological attributes so all are equaly flawed,
