The new Canadian 100 dollar bill doesn't have anything about God, we have science!



But, it's made out of plastic, and apparently isn't as sturdy as they had hoped, so it looks like it's going to be discontinued. But still. Science!

I'm trying to sign it but they haven't sent the email confirmation yet. And its been awhile. :(
If we ever travel thousands of light years to a planet inhabited by intelligent life, let's just make patterns in their crops and leave.

I'm still waiting too ... almost two hours later. It's a shame, because I think its an important enough issue to warrant my input. At first I was thinking of all the money it would cost to retool the bills, but then I realized they've been redesigning our bills quite frequently anyway, so let's redesign in a way that's more inclusive of our population. Maybe this is the way that they stop us unpatriotic Atheists from having an input, just don't actually let anyone sign the petition.  Then they can claim that they didn't get enough signatures.   :P

I made an account a while ago to sign a gay rights petition... but that was several months ago.

On the note of this petition, there should also definitely be a petition to take "Under God" back out of the pledge, as well.

Odd that it's taking so long for some of you. I went through the sign up and then to email and it was already there. But that was at 6:30am.
