Park Avenue Tacos. =  shrimp, avocado, feta cheese, lime juice, red onion, lettuce, celantro, pepitas (or sunflower seeds),  sour cream, salsa,  all crammed into a  crunchy shell.

No pix 'cause I ate them already.

Being gentle on my digestive system started off with a banana and chocolate "smoothy".

If that stays put will get more adventurous.

And?

I just had some clam chowder from the restaurant across the street.  Their general quality is going down, but the soups and desserts are still good and that's all I care about.

They are great, especially served warm with vanilla ice cream and/or whipped cream.

Yeah, remember going the whole Austrian thing in a restaurant in Surrey years ago,  Wiener Apfelstrudel after Wiener schnitzel. Ah, delicate pastries and delicate flavours.

Mainly Asian restaurants in this area, I like Asian cuisine of all kinds but wish there was more variety. There are now two Greek restaurants but most of the many new eateries in the docks area are TexMex, burger, fried chicken and pizza type joints with a few standard English pub food places.

That does look delicious, but my stomach would never get past the jalapenos.

I've been eating more veggie lately, and adapted my stuffed bell peppers from this recipe:  taco stuffed peppers

I didn't have any quinoa, or black beans ( :'(), so I substituted rice and doubled up on the corn.  Also cut the chili powder down by a third and replaced the cumin with basil.  Tasted pretty good, tho I think cheese mixed in with the stuffing, rather than just sprinkled on top, was a mistake.

Same as last time but stir-fried in olive oil with soya sauce and cayenne powder and served in a seeded panini.
