I'd say "yes," because one man's crisis may well be another man's Wednesday. You need not look further than the Climate Derangement sufferers. (not an actual psychiatric diagnosis, from what I know) For them, there is a crisis and the metaphorical sky literally is falling. Outside that doctrine, however, people and nations adapt and keep going. What difference does it then make whether or not you care about it, especially if care is all you "do?"

I don't think so, is it understandable, defensible, maybe.
Climate change seems worthy of worry, attempts to limit it seem sensible.
It is already costing a lot, insurance is going to get more expensive in Oz.
The world wide reinsurance types are frowning at us.
