I tried to sign into my Samsung account. Password did not work (not sure if same account applies to every device). Tap "forgotten password".

Email sent with link. Go to site, told to change something in settings before changing password. Requires password to do the change.

Virgin media - grump, grump!

All of a sudden my main tablet would not work on Internet or mail,  WiFi signal solid and backup tablet and cell phone working OK.

Then cell phone lost Internet. 

Windows 10 laptop working perfectly on line, but Windows 10 tablet no go.

Then backup tablet lost it. Laptop still OK.

Then router reset itself, presumably from online instruction, and everything came back.

First time I have had some devices working and others not when it is a server problem,  but I am not sure if the server sees only the router or devices as individual items, maybe they do not all connect to the same server?

Was concerned it might be a virus, Android devices seem to sync everything!

Do we have a "tech help" thread as such?

Now I have reset my tablet I seem to have yet another version of Android that does not do things the last one did!

A really shitty  weekend....
Spent all day Friday, baking for a bake sale, making signs, etc... spent hours on Saturday working the bake sale, freezing my ass off outside, and not many people came. (The girls whose idea this was did end up making over $100 for the American Heart Association, thanks to some very generous neighbors).
And then found lice on my daughters head, who has hair down to her waist.  So all Sunday was spent in combat mode, waging war against an almost invisible enemy.  I do think I have the victory though..... the school nurse said I did the best job she's ever seen of combing everything out of my girl's hair.
And as if all of this needed a cherry on top, my dad got admitted to the hospital last night with sepsis and ventricular tachycardia,  on the verge of death.
I need a nap now. Thanks for letting me vent.

Well, my dad is intubated, so can't talk, but the doctors let him wake up today and when he started writing to get his thoughts across, he wrote "When is this fucking tube coming out". Ha ha, he's such a bad patient, but I think he'll be fine. So maybe that should go in the Reasons to be Cheerful thread.
