The Magic Pudding

"We've thought of life by analogy with a journey, with pilgrimage which had a serious purpose at the end, and the THING was to get to that end; success, or whatever it is, or maybe heaven after you're dead. But, we missed the point the whole way along; It was a musical thing and you were supposed to sing, or dance, while the music was being played.

Take a lesson on quantum mechanics, of all subjects, from some guy on YouTube trying to prove the existence of god via it. Okaaaay. ::)

based on the description, quantum mechanics exists, is defined by law and precise calculations, yet is a very strange reality. If something can exist under those conditions, then why not god? ::)

Non sequitur much?

Hello and welcome to HAF, quark.  It seems that despite the fact that you've been lurking here for a few days, you didn't bother to read the Forum Rules. If you had, you would have seen the section titled NO SPAM, in which it is clearly stated that posting a link in your first post in this thread is considered spamming this site. I have disabled the link, but those who wish to watch the video can easily do so by pasting its address into their browser and removing the asterisks.

In answer to the question in the title of this thread, I'll simply say that the video is disappointingly inaccurate and uses equivocation regarding certain ideas in quantum mechanics in a feeble attempt to "prove" the existence of "the God." Some more vulgar descriptions come to mind, but I see no need at the moment to share them.

It would be nice if you would join in our conversations here, rather than merely posting this annoying and mendacious youtube video.

Welcome to HAF. You have to have made ten relatively substantive posts  before you get to start or engage in serious debates.

Also, I've never tried it, but it looks vile. I'm not a fan of processed meats.  :-\
