I don't think I've ever heard of the phrase "post whoring" before.

Well I was able to get to my 50 posts in like three days, only because where I work it's all computer based and I have a lot of time on certain days to bassivally just post. So it could have been seen as me posting nonsense just to get to my 50. LOL

I would say it isn't unless all your posts consisted of only 3 words or less and added no value or showed no signs of being willing to engage others as people...and if you had behaved that way you'd had already had me getting onto you (as I think another newbie is about to find out if their posting trend continues ;) )

Yeah, I think some are just prolific posters which doesn't necessarily make them spammers.

I've been accused of being a bit of a man-whore, but I'm unfamiliar with post-whore.

Post all you want! If it's not spam or trolling, it's always welcome on the Happy Atheist Forum.  ;D
I want bad people to look forward to and celebrate the day I die, because if they don't, I'm not living up to my potential.

'Post Whore' was a phrase I first came across at RDF. We had a veterans forum (a very bad idea) and one gained access at 2,000 posts. This got known about and people began to post anywhere and everywhere they could just to get to the 2,000 post count and gain access to the Vets Forum. These people became known as 'post whores' people who's post count was more important than post content. There was one person who managed 500 posts in about 48 hours. He got banned.

I've been a member a lil while now.. and I didn't visit for a period because I had more important things to do (sorry guys!) like essays and exams. Recently I've been more regular - and the posts are steadily building up I think, but I'm not counting. Actually.. I probably should check because I probably wouldn't even be aware of when I'm allowed to post in the rest of the forum!
I don't find there is really enough for me to post on in the Laid Back Lounge to slam out a load of posts in one day.. nothing is really.. interesting enough. No idea how you managed to do slam out 50 in three days! I would have felt like I was talking to myself!

I don't understand this attitude at all.
Most of my posts involved playing Noughts and Crosses/Tic Tac Toe.
No ones won a game yet, but I still think it's worthwhile.

Paper Scissors Rock would have been my next challenge, but since the spoiler function is lost it seems too difficult.
