Hi everybody ! I have an useless question but interesting.

Who there know the existence of someone who was the CEO , Chairman , Member of a board of directors and others positions of many companies at once ?
I'd like to know who is the person who get the world record (In my knowledge this record isn't yet in the Guiness World Records) as the person who held many positions at once.
Even positions that are purely ceremonial are taken into account in my question.

If I'm right there are someone who held 40 positions at once or a bit less or a bit more but I don't remember who.

Positions of prestige are not the same as positions of power.  The Pope has some of each.  Baron Rothschild, for example,  might be in the running for entry into your list. Many historical figures might make the short list of nominees.......Emporer Constantine, comes to mind. How about Ghenghis Khan? He is said to have been the first to have invented the platoon system. He was a pretty good military general and persuader not only of his people but the people that his troops conquered.  Persuasion by sword and lance perhaps.

That is a big contest and it might be fun to speculate on who might be the most important.  There is Bill Gates. He has been most influential, quietly powerful, and changed the way we think and function.   Bezos, the Amazon guy, is frighteningly powerful and influential... The list goes on.

Of course , ceremonial tenures and tenures with real powers are different things.
If only we can have a listing with people who had many tenures at the same time distinguishing those of prestige and those with true powers. I would be happy to have this in my hand because I like world records , continental records , national records , years records etc...

Arthur C. Clark was incredibly versatile and commanded the attention of many different disciplines.  He has written approximately 50 books all of which are loaded with scientific realities. He was involved in the movie industry, is the author of the book made into the movie;20001.  That is space stuff that influenced millions of people and set many a student on his/her way to research efforts involving extraterrestrial subjects.. He influenced countless amateur astronomers, physics students, and game show answers.

I do not suggest that Clark was the most important person of influence, but he was sure enough a popular and highly respected, and influential man of our recent times.

I will try to think of a person who was or is the answer to your search..............I suspect that there can be many different opinions at play here.  Some would say; Jesus, others Mohammed.  I tend to think in the other directions to focus on different systems of value......Your countryman, Laplace, is worth adding to the list as are other French men and Women.......Napoleon or Marie Antionette ?............

We can continue with the speculation. Not likely to arrive at a consensus agreement.

Forty positions at once such as CEO, Chairman, etc.? That may take some doing. That's a lot of positions and enough to make one retire to bedlam.

A possible candidate for the person to be named  is Donald J. Trump.  He has been involved, owned or directed countless businesses.  He had Trump steaks, Trump water, Trump golf courses, Trump hotels, Gambling casinos.and several other businesses that used his brand name.  As you know, he is the current President of the United States. He has a huge number of dedicated followers in the US.  He may also be a clandestine criminal with ties to Russian oligarchs.
