Possible short drops in service 14th of April 2018

I'm trying to increase the database connection stability. Some short drops in connectivity may result throughout the day due to troubleshooting, identifying and repairing the cause.

Symptom: You can access the index (happyatheistforum.com) but not the forum directory (happyatheistforum.com/forum/)
