Hi, I'm new on this forum but not new to pushing forward critical thinking. I work for Fish Tumor productions making videos to help people find their skeptic tools. I've been completely inspired by Carl Sagan to reach out to the Cosmos and help plant skeptic seeds in the ones that are in need. Happy to be apart of this forum and can't wait to contribute to this forum.
Welcome to the forum Fishtumor. How did you come up with your name? ;D
Welcome. :) I'm also a huge fan of Carl Sagan's. Cosmos was excellent. The Demon Haunted World was the first book of his I ever read, and it was my first real exposure to critical (skeptical) thought.... I really enjoyed it. Contact is also one of my top favourite sci fi books. Billions and Billions: Thoughts on Life and Death at the Brink of the Milennium amazed me - beautiful book, and a couple parts of it made me tear up, because I'm a totally geeky nerd. :)
Thanks! Fish Tumor was crafted together to describe moments in life that couldn't be describe with answers to why that happen. Example: Say your walking around downtown and then you run into someone handing out peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with a dollar bill in a ziplock bag. Lets just say you didn't have time to figure out why. We would call this a Fish Tumor moment. Other example: You went to cross a street but the cross walk signal button was 8 feet up the light poll and couldn't be reach. That also would be a Fish Tumor moment because answers couldn't be found at the time. We all have Fish Tumor moments in life and those moments are very funny to me.
Yes Carl Sagan is my Hero! The Demon Haunted World is a must read. I'm so glad that you also have a connection with Sagan's amazing beautiful work!

Fish Tumor, I almost deleted the link here, because you've already posted it elsewhere. You don't need to plaster the forum with multiple posts for one item.
I let it slide, but I'm wary of someone who comes into the forum and just barely skirts the 10 post rule in order to start advertising their videos. Perhaps you can spend some time getting to know the folks here and vice versa before posting more links to your videos.
Thanks.
Welcome!
Hello and welcome to HAF,
fishtumor. I see that you've been quick to rack up your first ten posts; I have to say that I'm not particularly impressed with most of them. I look forward to you actually contributing to discussions here, however.

As McQ pointed out this post was completely unnecessary. Please don't do it again.
