The stepped on chick is eating and looks like shes going to make it. Just thought ya might want to know Ms. Ali.
I was in the photo dump and saw the image of the Rapture Hatch; its still got me giggling. :D
I'm not the only one expecting a crazy story about a girl with one eye, right? Anyway, good to hear that it is doing better.

I had accidentally stepped on the head of one of our baby chickens and was letting "The Ali" know that the chick was alright. Thanks for the concern and nice to meet you.

No, I was too. ???
Don't tell me I'm the only one who immediately thought of a baby chicken.
I immediately thought of a baby chicken, because I knew the story.
Joe, thanks so much for letting me know. I'm very glad to hear that your chick is going to be okay. I bet that one will always be a little special to you. :) Have you named her yet?
PS - You guys don't have to call me THE Ali. LOL! My friends just call me Ali. ;) "The Ali" was just a joke that I made in reference to "the Asmo."
What do you do with the chicks? Raise them for meat or pets?

This first batch will grow old producing eggs and off-spring; I've never believed in keeping potential food as pets, but now with the lovable turkeys and the injured chick---Yes, damit, I've started naming them! :) My carnivore charcoal god is going to be very displeased with me, so thank god he's just a figment of my warped mind.
Nice to meet you; have a good day.
