Title: oldest known living organism may be as old as homo sapiens

Apparently Mediterranean sea grass is the longest living organism known, it's believed that a meadow off the Balearic island of Formentera may be up to 200,000 years old!

That's so cool, that thing was there when Homo sapiens were competing with the Neanderthals...seems like only yesterday.  ;)

I see this sea grass a lot while Im snorkelin and scuba diving
