So I found this forum googling and thought that it might be a good thing to join. Here's a bit about myself.
1. I am an atheist--always have been since I can remember.
2. I attended Bible camp for three years (mainly for the arts and crafts) but stopped after the preacher at the camp started talking about being friends with non-Christains.
That's really it. I love my dog, a Pembroke Welsh Corgi, as shown by my screen name. I am obsessed with Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings and the Hunger Games.
That's all and I can't wait to explore the forum.
Hi corgilover
I to am a bit og a doggie fan. You can see some pictures of them in the pet thread (link below). They say you can't buy love, but that is not my experience when it comes to dogs. ;D
Thanks for making the effort to sign up and join in.

I'm going to assume he was saying that as if it was a bad thing.

Corgis! Corgis! They are the bane of my existence, just the other day I had my eye on this stunning pink hat, just about to grab it and the bloody corgis start going crazy, guys with giant fury hats come running from all sides, it was a disaster.

Hello and welcome to HAF,
corgilover. I spent a large percentage of my weekends as a child at dog shows. I always found the corgis to be well behaved and businesslike little dogs, unlike some of the small breeds I could mention. Yes, I know they aren't really that small, but I grew up around Alaskan Malamutes, so I'm a bit sizeist. ;)
I hope you enjoy your time reading and posting here! (https://www.happyatheistforum.com/forum/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fimg830.imageshack.us%2Fimg830%2F860%2Fsmilew.gif&hash=8238eab24d16418eb1c8cd60d971239ab1363c74)

Those are a couple of gorgeous hats you've acquired there,
Magic Pudding. Now I'm even more sorry that our little plot has been discovered. :'(
Hi there! Corgis are so cute, with their short little legs. ;D
Welcome!
It's been years since I saw a Welsh Corgi in person. They aren't too common around these parts.
LOL Pudding.
Hello and welcome! I have Italian greyhounds, and my little Merlin used to be best friends with a Pem. I still giggle to see that they're exactly the same height, but OH, so very, very different!!!

Yes, he was saying that being friends with non-Christians was a bad thing. Also, I wonder how those guys with the furry hats are able to walk with them on. They look heavy.

Hi corgilover
I've been to Christian camp and the food sucked. I don't remember much about what the camp Chaplin preached but I do remember him telling us masturbation was bad. ::)

I'm dying. That is hysterical.
Welcome corgilover! Growing up, one of my mom's best friends had a Corgi named Ida that I was completely in love with. She was so funny and sweet.

If you're referring to corgis, you should get one. They're one of the best dogs anyone can own.

Yea, their built just like the larger greyhounds, so they are very skinny. They do have some pretty good muscle mass for being so lightly built though. My little IG gets huge thighs in the summer when we are outside a lot.

Larger greyhounds don't look that skinny though. Oh well I think the corgi is cuter anyway :P

Well, see, the cat's a few crayons short of a box. If he sees anything sitting out in a mug... slurp. It's gone. So, watch your tea, your hot chocolate, your milk, whatever. You really can't blame him though. It runs in the family. This is his brother:
