ok, so despite the failed date of the Rapture taking place Saturday, Harold Camping is sticking to his October date, despite this.
He claims the world would come to end with a big fireball....(i think he means an asteroid or meteor).
OK so, its blatantly obvious that Camping is a typical old man rambling a load of bollocks, like many do, lets face it, thats old age. He just happens to be famous of hosting a christian radio show
I hope the followers, or should i say victims of this belief, who not to mention of many selling their properties, resigning from their jobs, devorcing their spouses ect, will or already of realised this and not falling flat on their face again, not to mention the amount of damage these people have already made of themselves
For some reason this is even lower than I expected from him.
So what do they believe now. That no one was worthy of being Raptured? I thought the whole point was that Jesus would save his favorites from all the turmoil that is said to follow. This seems like it will only increase the mental anguish and possible mental problems of his followers. Also, wasn't Rapture kind of a prerequisite for the "fireball?"
His talks would look interesting in subtitles, considering his sentence structures are as illogical as the ideas they were intended to communicate.
Harold Camping is one of the so-called "missing links" Christians are always demanding to see and yet failing to visit in their local science museums – walking, babbling evidence of evolution. Point him out to your kids before he chokes on a noodle.
He is starting to look like 'the boy who cried rapture'! I think their advertising slogan shows how screwed up they are, and how warped the whole apocalyptic nature of Christianity is in general; 'Have you heard the awesome news...the end of the world is almost here' :o
