Larry Wessels is still running "Christian Answers" (http://www.youtube.com/user/CAnswersTV) and I don't think his cognitive faculties have improved at all. Dale Delony isn't as high profile, but I think he's still around as well.

I think this is real and looks like it was made in the late 80's or early 90's. They reference Jeffrey Dahmer which makes me certain it was done in that time period.
Regardless, it seems real to me. Plus, "on knees for jesus" just seems a little to obvious for satire.
I wouldn't imagine there was a big market for satire, of this nature, at the time this appears to have been made.
I think that these guys have never met any real Athiests.
